How the Galaxy Got This Cool Preseason Schedule. The TRUE Story

I’m imagining that the marketing meeting went something like this:

Guy 1: We need to create more Galaxy fans!! We need…we need…people.

Guy 2: Hmm. People. Where are we going to find those?

(Sounds of thoughts whirring in brains.)

Guy 3: I know! I know! China! China has people!

Guy 1: By golly, you’re right! China has lots of people! And we need to make them all Beckham…er…Galaxy fans! How can we do that?

(Sounds of thoughts whirring in brains.)

Guy 2: We could…play a game? In China?

Guy 1: A game! In China! Magnificent. When should we do it? Do you think MLS will let us take a break in the middle of the season and just give us the wins for the games we miss?

Guy 2: Uh…I think that would be a bad idea, boss. For some reason people are already saying we get special treatment.

Guy 1: Right. And…?

Guy 2: Well… People are complaining.

Guy 1: Sure. But are they people who give us money?

Guy 2: Well… Some of them.

Guy 1: Oh. That’s not good. Then let’s not play during the season. Let’s play…

(Sounds of thoughts whirring in brains.)

Guy 3: How about… Preseason?

Guy 1: Preseason! Brilliant! A game in China in the preseason! We’ll schedule it for March. Can we get a billion Beckham jerseys manufactured before then?

Guy 2: I don’t know, boss. I’ll check with our Chinese sweatshops.

Guy 1: Do it!

Guy 2: But who will they play? They have to win.

(Sounds of thoughts whirring in brains.)

Guy 3: I know! Let’s have them play kids! Chinese kids! They can beat Chinese kids, right?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s how it went.

Our boys are going to Asia. Seoul, S. Korea on March 1 and Shanghai on March 5. Details on the Shanghai game:

Beckham will play just 45 minutes to “avoid injuries” ahead of the start of the Major League Soccer (MLS) season in the United States, the Shanghai Daily said.

Captained by the England star, Galaxy will play China’s East Asia, a team of youngsters most of whom are less than 20 years old, the report said.

And after the forty-five minutes, Beckham will be packed in cotton balls and shipped off to the next game, which may be another friendly in China.

Where there are lots and lots of people.

Looking for some insight about what is going on in the local galaxy...

Making up some zany sci fi stories about little space ships and rescue adventures... getting tiny little innuendos about childrens conditions not enough to pinpoint. They can rip the whole thing up to identify if it is really children and not some prank... (rip the veil of the truth apostle to the gosple)

Lot's of rumors... rumor enforcement patrol... is it enforacable or will they stand behind it... just washed away some squiggly moods... hmmm is it a prank spirit?

Working on 2 007 time space rescue adventure video project. Main laptop had some issues. 2ndary one I got on credit... opps... 10,000 credit.

Well, sitting quietly paying credit card... emergency vibe (empath). So I go to check out what was going on at McLean. That is where the signs pointed to. Subtle drama in the background... couldn't tell exactly what was happening. I keep a prayer watch and rally some support... for what though???

I imagined some cool engraving shoe tech... the tracks of the shoes with messages in the tracks for 007 to communicate with other adventurers...

I made a origional artwork piece with a micro chip in it. I gave it to Holy Spirit and presented it to Kristin at the Citizens Bank.. I am not sure how to do that... it is an act of love that Holy Spirit knows what to do with... It is for the Children Kristin is someone I focus on inspiring iwth love and hope the love gets to...

The citizens I give it though are able to focus on presenting it if they choose to children and leting them interpret what it means in love. Then they can collect the seeds of the children and have hired professionals translate what they have to work with in the spirit of the origional.

I hope Kristin will find it acceptable... I hope Holy Spirit knows what to do with the matter in the Blood of Christ. I learn to give things to Holy Spriit that knows what to do with the Blood issues first. Then child safe to try to inspire the children... I learn.

The image has almost a star of david on it... it has circles at the ends and the lines don't connect. It has a code of XXX 000 xxx - 000 in it... a sos hope for some hugs and kisses... cool stuff for the 2 007 time space rescue adventure project... hope the equipment is fixed... at least I can share the seed in love... perhaps this comment is enough of a seed to inspire a child to keep trying.

Meanwhile I try to figure out what they need better... in love...

Cool shoe design with thingy like adjustable date stamp on the bottom tread to allow different messages in the foot tracks... imagine walking down the street and the message I shows up then love shows up then you... that would be cool.

Don't invite a Bit of stress to work off. all in love

It is the big kind of love for everyone... i require a realtionship to be nurtured like anyone else for a real relationshiup in love... I try and prepare...

This needed a few more "Brilliant!"s and it would have made a great spoof on the Guinness commercials. The sad thing is, that might really be how the front office is run. Can't you see a similar scenario for deciding to sign Beckham?

For a minute there I thought YOU turned into the bitter one sitting in front of the fire, tossing empty bottles of jack into the flames (I seem to recall a similar image attributed to Joe Cannon late last season).

Oh, Melissa, never. I LOVE the Galaxy. For me, the Galaxy is the players, and I love the players.

But I also love poking a little fun at their management. :-)
