Landon has to be thrilled to finally have the opportunity to say to his critics, “See? Look. It wasn’t ME who was the problem!”
What this highlight video doesn’t really show is the replay of the final goal/non-goal in the last few minutes. I’d love to see a that one again. Was it in? Was it not in?

Boring first half, exciting second half, got the HDC crowd going…..WTH, where are we getting these Referee’s from, the center was rubbish. And Xavier, are you kidding me?, he’s still shite, get him off the field, it was all Joey thats sparked the second half! As for Landon and Beckham, are we finally getting our monies worth??

I was at the game standing with a great view of the non-goal…from what I saw, it was definitely a goal.

jd what do you mean by the center was rubbish? If you are saying the crowd then you should buy some better tickets because the HDC was rocking by us. ACB! we are in the GA section.

Everyone is giving Soprano (Franchino) far too much credit. He played well, no doubt, but the entire team lifted their game in the second half - they made him look good as much as he made them look good. Every player needs to be praised for their 2nd half performances as well as Ruud for making the necessary halftime adjustments. I’m not ready to proclaim Franchino the savior of our season or team after only 45 minutes in a Galaxy uniform. He still has much to prove, but he is off to a good start and he makes Vagenas expendable (this I like). I’ve come to this conclusion after watching the game a second time on reply.

no no no…the center referee was rubbish. The crowd was finally into the game and we rocked the HDC!

Just caught up on clips and match reports, I’ve been in college visit quarantine for last few days. Whether Franchino continues to proves himself, the need for left footed players was a key comment, otherwise the ball will always stay away from the right flank too long — certainly without a skilled, savvy and synced midfield (couldn’t helped myself with the sss’s
). Both goals great, third one fine as well, and yes mag, the second did remind of Becks and Giggs — no one will ever look like Giggs, but Donovan is looking much better and much happier confident of finding the ball where he wants it. With everyone’s nit-picking, my own Donovan annoyance has always been his celebrations, very solo, nice change.Posted from
