If soccer in the US was popular enough for the media to would follow generous Ty Harden and brilliant Pablo Angel (and don't forget Jozy was there too) to local events, the team/league wouldn't need to pay Beckham to sell as well as play the sport here. We're also going to get whatever view of Beckham, or editing of his remarks, or "reliable source" stories, the media thinks will sell best at any given moment, which can be quite the rollercoaster (see rest of world, last ten years). Following it can require Dramamine, media fasts, a truck load of salt, and a stalwart sense of humor. This story is as good as they get. Plus, it had to have been the most fun he'd had at work so far...it looked like the kids were cracking him up (those photos elsewhere I think). PAY ATTENTION!
