I want to sell my season tickets this season …6th row, section 134. I have two tickets, price is $80 per seat. I get them for cheaper …What is a fair price? …or should I just give them up?

I agree with some of your points. I was a galaxy ticket holder. But I switched to chivas u.s.a after going to one of their games. I think that the galaxuy suits took the whole becks thing to the extreme by raising ticket prices like crazy.

my ticket rep. said that there are discussions regarding a refund to STH for the lack of bonus games…I hope he was being honest and not just pandering…..

That would be awesome if they credited us for the bonus games. Ditto the comments about the services. The ticket reps are amazing and extremely cordial and accommodating. The HDC staff sucks. Really bad. I absolutely wait to eat with my cash for those amazing hot dogs in the parking lot. I only buy a drink (water or soda) that takes like 15 minutes for some odd reason. The “security” people are rude as well. Parking has improved from last year, but I don’t think any sporting event has a “good” parking situation, unless you have a team with no attendance. I will renew, because I love the game and my team, for better or for worse. I am excited about Arena, and I love Lewis as a player, just wish it was at least 5 years ago……

I’m out next year. I managed to talk my wife into a second year for this year but they haven’t given me any amunition to try for another year it’s been so painful and for the MLS to screw up the international periods shows that they don’t care much about the fans.

What do you expect with temp agency staffing?

Oh, and FYI: Steven Goff from the Washington Post mentioned in his column about Landon Donovan to Bayern Munich discussions with MLS. I frankly think that if he was to go anywhere outside of the US (which I hope he doesn’t), it’s England (and Newcastle, for that matter).

I came into the HDC with my daughter last week and set off the xray machine. The attendent said (without even looking at me) “go over there so he can wand you”. I had my cellphone and keys on the little table by her so i asked if i should leave them there or pick them up, she answered (again without looking) “I don’t care”. Just another example of the HDC experience.

I agree that a lot has transpired to sour me, as a season ticket holder, but I am willing to stick it out for another go, as I am a football fan at heart and would rather be at the game than watch it on TV. If they credit us for the missing bonus games (if we miss the playoffs) I can be OK with that. As I understand it, some games they had anticipated using for this purpose did not materialize. But please, please, please do something about the food at the HDC. Quite frankly the concessions are the most horrible I have ever experienced at a sports venue. By the end of the game I am starved and sprinting to the parking lot for a hot dog vendor. If the concessions vendor can’t figure out a way to serve us something cooked the same day, hire those couples in the parking lot to serve FRESH bacon-wrapped dogs. And I agree about the parking. Next season they may have Red Cross attendants waiting to pull a pint along with my $15-$20. Who’s managing the parking? Frank McCourt?

You are probably correct in what’s going to happen. I have to admit that I enjoy MLS games more often than not.

And, oh yes, the parking is horrendous.
