Beckham Still On The Roster
By: jen | March 22nd, 2008Fabio Capello retained Beckham for the 23 man squad set to face France next week. I can’t imagine he’ll be warming the bench for that game either. Although many in England surely laugh at the idea that the Galaxy is a respectable team on the world stage, I doubt that Capello would call Beckham up during the opening game of LA’s season just to have him sit.
So here’s to Beckham performing well — after all, I think most of us are pulling for him to prove his value to Capello. And here’s to him remaining injury free.
I wonder where Laurie’s seats are for this game . . . lucky b*%&!

Geez, I’m missing the MLS Season Preview AND 60 minutes. And the opening games. I would go pout. Except that I’VE got tickets to France-England.
We watched Chelsea-Arsenal today in an English pub. Great fun. Go Galaxy!
