But from the interview clip on Sideline Views it sounds like his optimism-verging-on-delusional is still in place! I agree with you completely regarding the treatment of abused underlings. But given the root of the story, I would just need to have lunch with these two before I believe they exist ;-) . Now I am back to worrying about ALL of our injured players (and, shhhh, wishing they could just cancel the match!). Hoping for the best... There are old interviews, etc. (Ant and Dec, Ali G, Bend in Like Beckham) that are just adorable. I'm not sure what happened. (I think she had all her original parts back then. Maybe mean-spiritedness and self-obsession goes up the more synthetic you are?) As it is, though, my sympathy is all with the abused underlings. There are far too many spoiled famous rich people who think that their money and fame and non-disclosure agreements entitle them to treat others however they want. Articles like this one always make me believe that there are checks and balances in the world. I think this is a good thing. I might feel sympathy too if I’d tuned into Posh years ago.
