Bianca Kajlich (Mrs. Landon) Makes Maxim’s Hot 100

This may be old news, since believe it or not I don’t actually follow the Maxim Hot 100. But reader Lane just let me know this was up.

So. Here she is, Number 62! Bianca Kajlich, Mrs. Landon Donovan, on Maxim’s Hot 100 list!

(I’ve always wondered. In general, are these women flattered or insulted to be ranked in the sixties on this list? I mean, top ten is one thing, but does the ego take a battering when you drop below fifty?)

But at any rate. What more is there to say, really? Because you’re not reading what I’m writing anyway. Except that here’s the link to her Maxim video. Where she calls Maxim “the most realistic magazine out there.” Ummm… Yeah. “Realistic” would definitely be the adjective I’d choose, too. Because when you go through the other Top 100 photos, “Real” is the first word that comes to mind.

Oh, wait. No it’s not.

And not that you’re still reading this (if you’re male,) but A) I am traveling, and B) My beloved France National Team plays two games in the next week. (Which means it’s time again to dig out my cherished, treasured white #10 Zidane away jersey. Which, again, for the record, I have never actually worn out of the house.)

But my point is, I’ll have limited free time in the next week, and most of my soccer and soccer-blogging time will be spent living and breathing the French game. So keep me posted on Saturday’s Galaxy game, which I’m afraid I’ll have to miss, and I’ll be back to normal in the middle of next week.

(I’ll try to get in to post the occasional bit of fluff in the meantime, just so you don’t forget about me.)
