Welcome to what I think is going to be our new weekly feature: The Galaxy Weekly Poll!

I know you’re excited, so I’m giving you just a second to get over your shock and awe.

Okay, then. Are we ready?

Welcome to our Weekly Galaxy Poll! This will be where I will be seeking your opinions on all kinds of issues that are vital to our team. Issues that matter. Issues that count. Issues like who should take the corners — Landon or Becks? Or who has better hair — Cobi or Gavin Glinton?

But first we have the most vital of the vital questions. The one we’ve all been wondering about since the Beckham announcement was made. The one that couldn’t wait:

Who would win in a catfight — Posh or Bianca?

Feel free to leave your thoughts on the reasons behind your choice in the comments section.

We need more information. Kit? Venue? Mud? Equipment? Judges? (And what’s a catfight, btw).

Mud and designer clothes. (Jello would be even better.)Stilettos optional.

And I think we’re better off not delving too deeply into the etymology of the word “catfight.”

Jello. Don’t forget that mud is opaque. But can we have equal opportunity opportunism and a choice of the boys to slather up as well please? I mean the best we’ve had so far is the Italians in underwear and a photoshopped yam-bearing stand-in (and yes, of course Zidane existing counts)… but I’m sure we can do better!

“But can we have equal opportunity opportunism and a choice of the boys to slather up as well please?”

Of course, my happily married self would be completely uninterested in this kind of activity as a general rule. However, if, in the course of my blogging duties, somebody were to slather up, say, Cobi Jones and Ante Jazic and force me to watch…

Well, we all have to make sacrifices for our art, and blogging is an endless, thankless, glamorless job that’s gotta be done.

    Bianca wins . . . she has a history of domination. ;)

Dave, are you saying Posh doesn’t? I think Bianca would pin her in ten seconds, but then Posh would slip off a show put out Bianca’s eye with a stiletto.
