My Laugh Out Loud Moment for the Day

This comment came from reader “Playtherapy.” It’s a good thing I wasn’t drinking a Coke when I read it, because I’d now be cleaning it off my keyboard and screen.

I find it ironic that Yallop’s departure coincides with the advent of “sexy football”. Had Frank tried to produce “sexy football” last season, it would have looked like a Borat porn film.

Yup. That about sums it up.

And…eww.

Thanks(???) for keeping the visual imagination going (cue for another ewwww!). As I tell me 8 and 9 yr olds girls- if you wouldn't react like that, the boys wouldn't do it (pull on pig tails, etc.). The bhoy in me lives for the EWWWW!

Diane, your remark reminds me of the Zuni legend, "Teaching the Mudheads to Copulate". Though the Mudheads are scared clowns, they often just can't get it right. In this story, much like your imagery, they get it too wrong :)

I was partial to the ensuing group sex analogy. Gave me a disturbing picture of a bunch of people just not getting it right, missing their mark, coming up short...nothing you'd want to see either on the pitch or off ;-\ ! Still trying to shake the image, but the whole comment was more than enough fun to make it worth it. Thanks playtherapy.

Tanks Laurie. Not only is it nice to be appreciated, it's good to share a laugh. Sadly, Galaxy fans will simultaneously wince painfully and giggle at this analogy. Or perhaps like other PTSD victims, they will sob uncontrollably after seeing that which should not be seen, spoken, or written about(THE HORROR, THE UNSPEAKABLE HORROR!).

Guess you can all say you're survivors now. But is it over???
