Arsenal, after all) and he kept referring to it as the Barcelona model. Sounds pretty exciting, and jz is right, the fans there were very positive about the idea. Also, there will be a marching band. Needless to say, I was a bit surprised to see Drew Carey walk in. And I can tell you that the rule was well received by the people that came out for the announcement.
