Comments and Spam

I’ve had a couple of people — regular commenters — contact me recently saying their comments were rejected as Spam. Oddly, the comments didn’t go to either my moderation folder or my Spam folder. They just disappeared.

I’m curious as to whether this is widespread. If this has happened to you, could you drop me a note — either in the comments (O! The irony!) or in an e-mail to LaGalaxy[at]theoffside[dot]com.

  Hopefully this does get through – but yes, I’ve had my comments rejected a number of times.

  I’ve had that problem for a long time over at the Italy blog (any post I would make, regardless if I put in any HTML codes or hyperlinks, would be flagged as spam). Now the problem seems to be gone.

  Hopefull it will stay gone.
