My daughter's coach is wealthy enough to afford tix and he missed the first half while on his four hour odessey to Carson's HDC, with nearly an hour of that spent trying to park his car for $15. If he'd taken Metro he'd have spent nearly the same amount of time but then the return trip, the Metro stops running in two of legs of the journey after 10 pm so, what's the point of Metro then, yeah? The Rose Bowl sucked as a futbol stadium but at least those of us on the north end could actually get there. Course none of this matters when our side can barely mount a competitive match with a satisfactory result, eh?
