At last! News on the Galaxy and Kevin Harmse!

News! I have Kevin Harmse news!
Seems his little head is not rolling in the dirt. Whew. (You know how much I hate when that happens.) He hasn’t been playing because he’s Canadian and is awaiting visa approval. Which makes my maternal heart all cheery-happy.
But, as reader Ben pointed out, he hasn’t been sitting around twiddling his thumbs. He’s been keeping busy.
What did Kevin do this weekend? He got to participate in the Galaxy Easter Egg Hunt! Woo! Excitement! That’s a whole lot better than playing in your team’s opening game. Right?
Here’s to speedy bureaucracy, Kevin!
(P.S. Is “speedy bureaucracy” an oxymoron?)

Great Blog, finally a regulary update blog about all things Galaxy and I don’t mind the Victoria Beckham photos. Actually more would be nice. I want to start a email barrage to the LA Times for their lack of MLS Preview this year. Are you interested? I will be sending them an email as a subscriber and hope other Galaxy fans will be doing the same.Posted from

Galaxy Fan, thanks for your kind words. I’m not an LA Times subscriber, so my e-mail probably wouldn’t carry much weight. What I can do, though, is write a post tomorrow on your quixotic quest for more mainstream media coverage and include the e-mail address for the Times so that any other subscribers who feel the same can follow your example. Change will come slowly, but I think it will come.
And about the Posh pics. I’m posting as many as I can stomach. The problem is, though? She has such a vacant, plastic, Stepford-wife stare, that if I look too long I can feel my own brains getting sucked out through my eyeballs. (Maybe the trick is not making eye contact?) But I’ll post anything that strikes me as interesting. I’ll also be on the lookout for interesting pics of Bianca Kajlich (Mrs. Donovan) or any other LA WAGs.
