Well good for Edson hope he stays hot. And Jazic injury is indeed a Back Spasm does anyone know how long he will be out?

I haven’t heard what the time line is for Jazic to come back. I DO know that “back spasm” sounds a lot more mild than what happened. What they probably mean is that there were no ligaments or bones involved (which would be a back sprain of sorts) and that only muscle is involved. But anyone who’s had a back injury knows that “only” muscle can mean a world of hurt. I’m sure he’s getting lots of massage and stretching and the like. But in a sport where your back/torso is heavily used it may be awhile before he’s game ready.

My guess is he will be out for 3 weeks. I hope I’m wrong. I’ll be looking for more information on it. Thankfully the All-Star break will give everyone a bit more time to heal.
