Don’t Forget to watch Baba Wawa and Posh and Becks on Thursday!
By: Laurie | December 5th, 2007
Oh! What a lucky coincidence! Barbara Walters’ interview with Becks and Posh is airing the same week as the Spice Girls’ first concert! Isn’t that fortunate? I wonder how that happened.
(Simon Fuller’s power is starting to scare me. How much do you want to bet that our TVs soon start to turn on randomly, all on their own, when things like American Idol air?)
I don’t have the attention span to watch non-soccer television, so I probably won’t be seeing this.
(Hell, I don’t have the attention span to watch YouTube videos.)
Those who do can tell me all about the show. It’s airing Thursday night on ABC. Check local listings, etc. etc. yada yada.
But be forewarned: Barbara Walters has called our duo THE most fascinating people in the world. (Or at least that’s what Kickette says, and Kickette is never wrong.)

Not if the world was flooded with crap and there was only one tree to sit in and that tree happened to have a television that could only get this interview and Michael Bay movies.

But I really want to find out the deal with Posh’s unnaturally supple breasts. Do you think Barbara will ask?

Well, after seeing a preview for the show I know she asks the question “Is this marriage forever?”, as if she fully expects them to collectively crack under the pressure that is a pre-taped interview and admit that “it’s all for publicity!”… so who knows, Inara, maybe she’ll go THERE.

i haven’t seen him play yet but its still way cool! i hope he does well!Posted from

Am suddenly getting visions in my head of Posh, with hair extensions artfully deshevelled and uberlong acrylic nails, crawling out of my TV set. Thanks a lot!Posted from

Josh, thanks for the link! I’ll try to get something up on it today or tomorrow. (Do you live in Egypt, or just visiting?) I would love to see more African players in MLS. Maybe it’s because I’ve seen what life they’ve given to France?
Inara/Bonnie, yeah, I’m quite certain something unexpected will be revealed. No, really.
Glatisant, she’s coming. For you! (And glad to be of service.)

i moved here in august to study at the american university in cairo. i’ll be here for around two years. but i’ve lived all my life until then in los angeles (pasadena/san gabriel to be exact). cairo is a great city, i love it here. the soccer matches can be pretty intense (the pan arab games kind of sucked tho).
