One thing to say, the Comcast Sports Net broadcasting team of John Schrader and Troy Dayak is professional but fairly low-rent. Lots of stats, not so many insights, and lots of platitidues. At least Shep Messing has an opinion about things on the field…

didn’t see this but dayak is normally super opinionated. he’s all about talking up the earthquakes. i bet that guy would take a bullet for them. schrader is totally useless facts dude.

Dayak’s opinions are that he’s a homer.
He doesn’t have much insight into tactics, though he was good on the 3-5-2, and he spends a lot of time saying the obvious or the platitudinous. I like the guy really. He was a stand-up defender and alwasy great for my fantasy teams. But he’s got aways to go before he’s consistently giving trenchant insights.
