GO TO EUROPE!!!! Quit this Landon. You’ve proved all you need to prove in MLS. This is why the national team struggles because star players dont take risks to improve themselves.

England, Spain, France, Holland, Scotland, anywhere… just get the hell out of LA.

I want him to go. He needs to go. I want to shut the mouths of all the detractors over the years and see him succeed in Europe (or wherever he will get higher level playing time).

Guys, we STILL haven’t seen the best of what Landon can do. If you surround him with world-class players (all of them, the entire starting 11) and he plays with them consistently . . . ahh, the damage that man could do to opponents. Imagine him setting up players who are actually on the other end most of the time. Imagine him getting excellent service so he can bring the ball down at a full sprint.

He has to go. He has to.

Hopefully Donovan is smart enough to include an affordable minimum fee release clause in there, or something similar that would make a transfer to Europe run smoothly.

Also, I just don’t see this as being good for Landon. He’s gone as far as he can go in MLS. He has nothing left to prove here. I have to think that if he stays here, he’ll always wonder what could have been. And so will we.

It would be a good move for MLS and the Galaxy, not so good for Landon and the US men.
