Guess Which Team He’s Talking About

By: Laurie | July 7th, 2008

The season is half finished, and the blog “Climbing the Ladder” has compiled first-half stats, team by team.

Guess which team earns the following paragraph:

Definitely one of the most exciting teams in MLS history, and not just because of the star power, the famous coach, and the many player rumors. The total of 4.20 goals per match (for and against) would be the highest ever; they simultaneously lead the league in goals scored and allowed. If the season ended today, they would rank in the top ten all time for best offense and worst defense.

Oh, go on. Guess.

The funny thing is that it's true for this season and last year. Love 'em or hate them, the Galaxy are usually involved in the more exciting high scoring games MLS games.

Just think with a just a few tweaks (we all know who a couple of those players should be) the Galaxy could be a good team, here's looking forward to bringing in another defender or two and seeing what this team is capable of.
