Here’s Your Handy Thirty-Four-Page Guide to Tonight’s Galaxy Game

I know I’ve been critical of the Galaxy website, but at this moment I’m thinking it’s pretty cool. Because it’s giving us the ability download and print the GameGuide (in .pdf format) for tonight’s match-up between the Galaxy and FC Dallas.

Thirty-four pages. No, I’m not kidding. The first page is a guide to the game and the teams, the second page is player info. That’s followed by a couple of articles about the teams and the matchup, and then you have pages and pages and pages of every possible statistic you could ever want. (And probably far more than anybody would ever want. But who am I to judge?) And then we have “Team Notes” and player bios. Like I said: Cool! If it had photos, it would be the kind of thing you’d pay real bucks for at the stadium.

Injury Update:

Same as for Sunday’s game plus one: Alan Gordon is out with a foot injury, Peter Vagenas with a neck injury, and Gavin Glinton is questionable with that groin strain. (Hey, I barely winced typing that!) Added to the mix is Santino Quaranta with an Achilles tendon injury.
