I’m not sayin’ it’s the true story. I’m just sayin’ it’s funny.

(Me personally? I think what he really got the boot for was the Yankees support. Once the story came out that he supports Yankees over Red Sox? No way he could play in New England again.)

  MLS rumors site says Galaxy only had to give up a draft pick to get him because the Revs wanted to get rid of a problem child. I am not all that familiar with him, but did have the impression that he is a good defender. I guess every little helps, right? Just keep your fingers crossed he doesn’t do something stupid.

  David, I believe we can safely say, euphemisticaly, that Franchino has had “significant off-the-field issues.” Let’s hope he’s scared straight by being sent to LA.
