Dana I don’t think you need to worry too much about the paddys getting into the world cup. First off they have to play France in a qualifier and secondly they’re all probably drunk anyway.

I was completely confused until I read Nathan’s explanation about a deleted post. I don’t get why people who obviously aren’t fans take the time to post trash talk on fan sites. I’d just like to say to Jen from Ireland, hey, at least our team qualified for the World Cup, we’ll have to wait and see if your brilliant skinny Irish team makes it! : )

Yamith Cuesta is a punk. I mean, he’s no RudolphHitler, but he’s pretty close. Great to see a full stadium for the most important game in Galaxy’s recent history.

I loved the Kovalenko “hip thrust” towards Preki, too. If the Galaxy play against Houston (who has a weaker offense than Chivas, IMO), they’ll win on Friday. The door is open for us to take the cup, what with Seattle and Columbus out of the way. Houston hasn’t scored against us this year, and I don’t think they can.

RH was probably too drunk after a night of harassing Jews to watch what was a good game. (Playing with stereotypes can go the other way.)

I took my daughter to that game, and what a scene! We were in the next section to the Riot Squad, and they were full throated the entire night. A few minutes after the goal my daughter said “I can’t even hear myself think!” I liked Galaxy’s attacking play. Beck’s play was great, and you could tell he was playing through pain. I agree with Nathan’s comments about the forwards, but I have to say that I liked how they linked their passes in the attacking third.
