  Considering all that has transpired over the last few months, it’s good to see LD back with the G’s. I was hoping he would catch on with Bayern, but his return has me smiling and excited.

  He looks slightly depressed, but he also seems to be handling the disappointment with maturity. I hope he makes the jump to Europe in the summer, just for his sake!

  Also, funny story. I was in at the offices of the agency I teach ESL for, pulling laminated pictures of activities to discuss in class. The soccer photo I found? Cienfuegos in an old Galaxy kit! Methinks I might need to laminate some new photos.

  Yeah, I’m happy for us to have Landon back, but he’s clearly very disappointed. Though the Galaxy need him desperately, I hope he still can get over to Europe, the sooner the better.

  But in the meantime, help the Galaxy win, Landon!

  I was also glad to hear him candidly speak about the “vibe” on the team being good. I’m feeling optimistic. Again. That’s the one thing about this team — just when I’m feeling like “phuck it!” I become excited and optimistic again.

  Oh, and I too think he would have made a much greater impact if he had been able to start a game at Bayern.
