Mike Randolph Heads to Camp. U-23 Camp.

Our very own Mike Randolph moved one step closer to the Olympics this week with a callup to the USMNT U-23 camp that runs from March 1-9. He’s one of 24 players in the camp. Yea, Mike!
He was the only Galaxy guy to get the call this time around. This is not a bad thing. New Galaxy signing Sean Franklin was called up last time, but we wouldn’t really want to be missing both of them this summer, would we? In theory Randolph could be our starting leftback and Franklin our starting rightback. Losing both fullbacks at once would not be a good thing.
At the end of camp on March 9, U-23 coach Peter Nowak will be announcing the final 20-person roster for the Olympic qualifying games.
And our Mike will be on it. Of course he will.
