More on that Beckham Birthday Bash

As we know, David turned 32 yesterday. And he celebrated in style. Although not in as much style as that $80,000 (or was it $220,000?), private chartered plane trip to Paris that Posh celebrated her birthday with a week or two ago. Maybe it’s because she’s older.
But anyhow. Here we have Posh and David preparing for that lavish celebration. Don’t they look excited! The ever-credible Daily Mail tells us:
“David Beckham marked his 32nd birthday like any multimillionaire would - with a £20,000 spending spree and dinner with the Spice Girls. The footballer spent the day in Savile Row buying a £4,500 suit and a £14,000 watch before dinner at London hotspot Cipriani.”
And:
“The Beckhams left the party at 1am via an underground car-park in an attempt to avoid being spotted. David seemed particularly pleased with himself in the back of the car - with his hand on Posh’s thigh.”
Right, then.

Posh is obviously not the better looking half of the couple.
I would have thought that some of David’s friends would have been invited to his birthday, not just Posh’s. But then again, I guess she wears the pants in the relationship.

Inara, I also found that interesting. A few weeks ago, Posh’s birthday was all about Posh. And a couple of weeks later, David’s birthday is all about…Posh.
I wouldn’t even want to try to delve into the psychological issues in that marriage!
