Max, I may give that impression occasionally, but that’s not how I really feel!! I don’t like the circus, and I wish the guy could just show up and play, but I like Beckham the player, I like his style of play, and I’m thrilled by the way he’s rejuvenated his career after being written off as dead.

Whether he’ll be able to save the Galaxy, though, remains to be seen.

Forgive me, I haven’t read your whole blog, but I do get the impression you are not looking forward to Becks coming to LA Galaxy. Yes, the Beckham circus is a pain and yes the whole ‘Posh’ thing is ludicrous, but wait until you see him play week in, week out. The guy is different class.
