And in other Galaxy news, the team is playing an international match tonight. It will be our first look at this season’s team in action.
Check out the official Galaxy blog for video clips of a Tony Sanneh interview on tonight’s game, as well as the pre-tournament press conference.
In addition, check out Mr. Jones’ LA Times article about the match. Donovan Ricketts will start in goal, and Arena will be evaluating player combinations and positions.
Goal.com has more on tonight’s opponent, Japan’s Oita Trinita.
I should be live-blogging the game tonight, or at least the first half. So come back here to check it out and watch with me in the comments.

I’m directly across the field, front row section 132.
I’m usually in the corner, 106, but I couldn’t pass
these up.Posted from

I’d love to hear your thoughts from the live game. It’s much easier for you to see plays developing and runs off the ball that may not be noticeable on tv.

It looks like there will be enough seats to sit anywhere. At least according to the first game. It looks like that Korean dude bent his arm all the way backwards before he was hauled off. That was gross. I’ll be there Saturday woot!
