The Beckham Invasion: The Mayhem, the Media, and What it All Means by Andrea Canales and Luis Bueno, looks like it will be coming out soon. Who knew?

Two more people who stand to make more money (and two of the more deserving) each time Beckham kicks a ball, pulls on (and off) his England shirt, or takes another side trip to Asia -- his largest market and the one most drooled over by western stakeholders...which usually turns out to be just about anyone involved in any aspect of his sport of the media covering it.

While reading grumblings about Becks being tired for Galaxy games after his China visit, I had a hilarious image of Leiweke ordering up a private jet on one phone (just in case) and a mammoth run of #23 shirts on another.

Jen, you mentioned the star thing in your other blog. It's more like a walking billboard, but that just makes it more of a a bit much to watch.
