This Beckham Video is Boring. Why Could I Not Stop Watching?

By: Laurie | January 6th, 2008

Beckham is staying in shape this winter, hoping for his 100th cap with the National Team, and training with Arsenal. And we have video proof.

You know, I normally have an extremely low boredom threshold. Under regular circumstances, this would put me over the edge. I would have been X-ing out or falling asleep within thirty seconds. So why could I not stop watching? I don’t get it.

It’s good to see him staying in shape (although your right, the video is a little boring). In regards to his 100th cap, I think he has earned the right for all he has done for England’s Nat team and hopefully he does under their new coach.

Laurie, perhaps you had a subconscious desire to dance and the techno-beat music played to that desire. ;-)

Frank, I truly do think that was it. (My kids are so embarrassed to have me as a mom.)

Laurie, it’s time to see a shrink. :)

I can’t believe I watched all 4 minutes myself, hoping for something to happen.

Anyway… I really hope he’s healthy this year. It’ll be great to see him at 100%.

I watched it on mute — I couldn’t take the music. My husband couldn’t figure out what in the world I was watching. :)

It’s the balls + rythm effect…or Wenger being French (for some).
