Except, the HDC is in Carson about 17 miles south of Downtown LA. If I were the Mayor of Carson I would be super pissed that I wasn't a part of the announcement and I'd be pissed that Antonio was claiming my stuff as his. I mean this is Carson's one claim to fame.
